I had my Civic Si repainted and they did an INCREDIBLE job! (As good or even better than the original factory paint!).Unfortunately the rear window seal didn't set properly. I simply took the car back, and it was fixed promptly! They gave me a nice quiet loaner car to drive the entire time mine was in the shop. They take your money but will not fix your car right! They talk down to you like you know nothing about your car and a 4day job turns in to a 3week job. They don't know nothing when you call about your car to see how its coming along nether!
We sent our Accord here after being involved in a T-bone collision when someone pulled out in front of us. Our car looks fantastic and does not even look like it was involved in an accident. Chip was great to work with, and he kept us informed all throughout the repair process. I highly recommend their services.
Poor customer service!! Gary B. is the agent/personnel working with my car. It was estimated to be completed by Friday at 4:15. At 4:30 before I got to the shop I called ahead to verify if my car was ready. It was at that time that I was informed by Gary that my car would not be ready until that following Monday. I was told by Gary that due to his own personal issues he was unable to contact me and give me due customer service by informing me that my car was not ready. HORRIBLE experience with breakaway. Poor customer service should have been the first indication after my car was in an accident, but we thought honda would be the best under the circumstances. Not only did it take almost 2 months to complete the work, the car had a HORRIBLE shake in the steering once in reaches about 45 mph. Took it back twice and the guys there claim to not notice anything. Would never recommend breakaway collision to anyone!!
Horrible. Took a month to fix a front bumper and now my car is running horrible.
