Welcome to BreakThru Family Fit 4 Life where we have specialty fitness andwellness  programs for ages birth through adult all under one roof, in anon-intimidating ,  non-competitive, friendly environment!Some of our programs offered are drop-in b aby and child care for only $8 anhour, as well as music and soccer classes for your little ones. Older childrenages 7 and up will enjoy our one-of-a-kind "REAL GYM". We offer IsraeliSelf-Defense, Jui-Jitsu or Boot Camp classes.

I’ve been going to this gym consistently for a year now, and I can’t say enough great things about it! Kim, the owner and my trainer, is absolutely amazing. She’s one of the kindest and most accommodating people you’ll ever meet, but also knows exactly how to push and guide you in a way that’s encouraging, not overwhelming.
