I talked to Break-Away about fixing a chip in my windshield. Before I could get it fixed, I got another chip. Within 15 minutes I had an 18" crack. Within a couple weeks it spread almost all the way across the windshield. Just for kicks, I contacted Safelite. Price was $480 and I had to drive to Austin! I called Break-Away and they gave me a quote (1/3 less than Safelite).
