I had a blast at the BreadSmith breadmaking class! Serge is a wonderful teacher, and the bakery is a slice of heaven in Bradenton. Strongly recommend attending a Serge bread class if you believe food is fun.

I attended a bread-making class at Breadsmith of Bradenton yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience. THIS is what small business is all about. The owner, Serge, personally led the class and shared his passion for bread making throughout the afternoon. We learned how to make focaccia, sampled a variety of freshly baked breads and sweets, and enjoyed a fun, welcoming group atmosphere. The strawberry brownies were unbelievable! Absolutely amazing bread making class. Every Sunday the owner Serge teaches classes on bread making from 12-4. My sister and I had an incredible experience and met some really great people. I have been a customer of this location and been obsessed with the apple pie bread. Oh my goodness, not only did we make bread, but sampled every bread there, cinnamon rolls, had butter, oil, spices, meat, wine cannot say enough about how fun our day was.
