I love going to Breadsmith. It’s an olfactory experience as well a delicious treat or gift to give.
Terrible customer service, very poor communication skills, don't prepay for the bread, they will not hold it for you, for bread they make daily. If they run out just wait till you come back and pay then. They are under new ownership but doesn't mean it's any better. They lost several customer for a couple of dollars.
