I have found the absolute best sourdough bread in the western suburbs!!! I discovered Bread and More at the Wheaton French Market earlier this year, and the sourdough has been truly life-changing for me. Jenny, the owner, is incredibly intentional about her ingredients, using only simple, clean, and organic components. You can really tell that there is so much love behind each loaf she makes. My wife and I follow around Bread and More at French Markets. The sourdough is absolutely delicious!!
Bought at College of Dupage indoor market. Great bread, very soft even today, next day. Jalapeño Cheddar Sour dough has rich sour dough flavor with the other flavors.
