Hello everyone: I have been a Tenant; for Two years ,here at the Beautiful Brea Woods Senior Apartments. The Staff has treated me with the upmost respect. I really enjoy living here it is safe and quiet. I am close to all major Grocery outlets. We have a pool during those hot summer months, and a Jacuzzi for my lower back. I am thankful to live in such a well managed and well landscaped Complex.
Terrible place. Does not care about the tenants at all. Elderly getting treated terribly. Do not put your loved one here. Very sad. The office maintenance said he could care less in his words about the tenants.
Deposit is $1500 which you may not get back, and not everyone has a ideal living situation remember there apartments. They also let maintenance people live there with the whole family, and shady people tend to hang there with no security.
I’ve lived here 13 years and love my apt. 2 clothes washing rooms on each floor. Elevators a great hot tub. management and maintenance workers are top notch. Everyone is friendly.
