Didn’t use my friends dog harness she brought in & he got loose on their dog leash, they didn’t even catch him or call her. They left him out all night & he was hit by a car and killed while in their care. Unacceptable.
Gosh, I love this place and everyone I've met so far. I've had the same vet for 20 years and the up and retired in the matter of a week. I did a ton of research of all vets in my area with in a 20 mile radius. (A LOT! haha). I am a little "over the top" My heart and mind kept leasing me right back to BVH. And I'm so glad it did! I've met both Drs and half the techs, and they are all so wonderful and knowledgeable and extremely good with our furr family members and they take their time with you.
