On 10/19/25, I took my husband to Brea Urgent Care because he was having shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, dizziness, and anxiety. He’s a healthy man in his early 30s with no prior medical issues. The front desk staff and medical assistant were kind and professional. I went here for an examination due to a viral infection and I was worried. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted appropriately and after I filled out the required forms. I sat down for my name to be called. Low and behold, I didn’t have to wait long. The nurse took my vital signs and took a cotton swab sample in my throat. The front staff here is super friendly and helpful. Although i would stay away from the doctor with the hijab. She is super cold rude and dismissive of my concerns. Ive seen her twice and she does not care for what you have to say. Ive been seen with other providers here and never had a problem.
They dont answer the phone. Ive called to confirm insurance and have had no luck.
Went in today with an earache, saw Dr. Andrew Perry. He was wonderful! He’s like the old-fashioned type doctors I know and love so I found myself a new doctor. Office is clean, spotless and beautiful! Lots of parking Clinic staff are great as as well as the nurses
