Dr. Jackson is the BEST doctor you could ever find. His bedside manner exceeds any physician I have ever encountered. The compassion he has for each and every single one of his patients is not something you'll find anywhere. He listens, takes his time (and allows YOU to take your time), goes above & beyond his required duty and is extremely intelligent. I have been with Jackson for almost 10 years. I am so glad I have meet this DR. He is a truly wonderful person and very caring and compassionate about his patients. He is a very hard working DR. If he don't know what the problem is he will go above and beyond to find out what is wrong with you. I will truly miss this TEAM.😪🤧😭😭😭. LOVE YOU ALL
Dr Jackson is truly an amazing Dr!!! I have been through all of the neurologist in upstate ny! Dr Jackson is the only Dr, that actually cares! He has been a life saver to me and my kids! If need a neurologist, make an appointment to see him. If you have to wait a month or two, wait!!!! He is sooo worth the wait!
Wow. I saw Dr. Jackson and his PA Bill Owens. I got answers for the first time in 11 years and relief from a 46 day migraine that other doctors, understandably because uncomfortable/unfamiliar, refused to treat and just wanted to send me back to the hospital... and thr hospital insisted I see neuro... etc Admittedly, it took a while to get in here but everyone worked with us. Everyone I met was kind and patient. I finally have a treatment plan and found the actual causes to things that other docs basically dismissed.
Dr. Jackson has put together an amazing team for the stroke center at Albany Med. Center. I cannot say enough and wish I could give 10 stars and not just 5! Thank you
