Great office, knowledgeable staff and Dr. Staff is attentive while I was having a procedure done and they were very attentive and walked me through the process step by step and wanted to make sure I was comfortable and if I had any questions. I highly recommend Brea Family Dental if you are looking for a new Dental office!
Dr Kwok and her assistant, Alondra did a great job with my dental work. I had two fillings and they made the experience as comfortable as possible. Afterwards, my bite feels normal and my teeth feel great! Thank you
Everything at this office was clean, organized, and on-time. I felt very comfortable meeting Dr. Kwok, and she won my trust with how gently she worked. Parking was also easy and overall the experience was pleasant. Looking forward to coming here for my regular checkups from now on!
I arrived for my scheduled appointment and waited approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes without being called back. I was later informed that the visit was marked as a “no show,” which was surprising since I was physically present in the office during that time. When I attempted to clarify and reschedule, communication was difficult. I received a voicemail indicating that the VA would be notified about missed appointments. Dr. Kwok was amaaaaaaazing!! I had severely chipped my front tooth over the weekend while playing baseball and I was freaking out because I had no idea if it could be fixed. Dr. Kwok was so kind and patient with me (as I was totally freaking out) and she fixed my emergent case incredibly fast. Dr. Kwok saved the day when I thought I was going to loose my smile forever.
