Bre is what we needed as newbies to the area from out of state for our first time home buying process. Breana is fantastic to work with. I appreciated her calm during a little bit of a stressful time, buying a new house in the middle of a pandemic. She also spent half a day helping me get my basement presentable which I truly believe helped me get the top dollar for my house. So excited for the next chapter and we couldn't have gotten here with out Breana.

My wife and sold a home while purchasing a new one a few years ago with some HUGE obstacles on the selling side. Bre did a great job at easing tensions and stress on by getting answers and options to some extremely difficult situations! Working with Bre a few years ago was great. We were in love with the house we bought and would have gone in with a much higher offer.
