I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 7:50 PM, which was confirmed via email & automated text message for a BARE service. When I arrived on time, the service provider was not there, and I was unable to receive my appointment. This was a major inconvenience and a frustrating waste of my time.
