Ordered NRG steering wheel off eBay. Item wasn't as described. Plies the one they sent was cracked and a knock off NTG. Asked to send the one in the picture to replace current one. They promised to send the new one first while I was waiting they asked eBay to step because the return wasn't fulfilled and closed the case without a question. Don't negotiate with Sara!

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! I ordered an alternator for my 1980 Toyota Corolla and the package was sent to the wrong address. I called multiple times and spoke with the owner, Randy Davis, who did not care about the mistake. He screamed at me, hung up on me and told it wasn't his problem that it was up to me to get my package back after he incorrectly sent it to the wrong address. I will never order from them again all he cares about is getting paid and not about the customers experience
If you have a Toyota, come here!!! We purchased a car from BRD. Randy's prices are so reasonable. I've never met anyone more knowledgeable with Toyotas; his workmanship is racing car quality. Before even selling us the car, we were invited to church and dinner. He's such a friendly man! We had a wonderful, wonderful experience!
