We recently had a new furnace and A/C unit installed by BRC this week. They were quick and efficient but didn’t replace a 25 year old forced air humidifier on our new furnace(which are basically useless), but still they should have replaced the humidifier being 25 years old………they installed a 2.5 ton DuCane A/C unit compared to our 2 ton Trane, it does not push any cooler air than our filthy 25 year old Trane A/C unit which had R22/R32 in it(we replaced the blower motor in the furnace in 2024) we’re not seeing an increase in... read more
I had an odd odor for almost 3 months. finally I called for second advice. Jerry very knowledgeable on this issues. He confirms of what had suspected. B.R.C cleaned the coil and tray and other things. after deep cleaning the odor disappear. this is my 3rd day and I don't smell this odor that kills me after it concentrates in my living room. Very disgruntled with this company.
Wow! I was asking in our local FB group for recommendations on an HVAC company. A few people recommended BRC so I decided to give them a call. I live over an hour away from my mom who was having heating issues and she has a home warranty company that basically told me to find my own contractor. At first when I called, I was told they’ve never worked with the HW company we’re using but they’d get more information.
