Called them multiple times for a week because our heating unit has a leaking pipe.The person who came over during annual tune up didn't have the part with him. Every time they said will have someone call me back to schedule time but never did. Not sure what is wrong with this company.

We recently had a new furnace and A/C unit installed by BRC this week. They were quick and efficient, but didn’t replace our 25 year old forced air humidifier on our new furnace(which are basically useless), but still, they should have replaced the humidifier being 25 years old. I’m sure the new April-air forced air humidifiers are much better 25 yrs later. That was our only gripe. I had an odd odor for almost 3 months. finally I called for second advice. Jerry very knowledgeable on this issues. He confirms of what had suspected. B.R.C cleaned the coil and tray and other things. after deep cleaning the odor disappear. this is my 3rd day and I don't smell this odor that kills me after it concentrates in my living room.
