Paid for work that was never completed. The owner claimed he ran out of money and has now gone MIA with $20k worth of remodeling still not finished.
Owner hasn’t held up to his end of the agreement, paid for work that hasn’t been completed. We are now 3 months past the deadline and still not finished. Owner claims to have run out of money and can’t finish or refund me.
Hands down the worst experience with a contractor ever. Never finished the work agreed upon and cant rent the house out in its current condition
