902 Liberty Ave. When I first moved in I was told from a director that we are not allowed to have any pets, this should apply to every tenant not any favorites. There's tenant who has a dog and birds. This rule should apply to everyone not based on color of shin as well. Also I understand that BRC helps homeless people but they help mental crazy people as well and put them will normal people.
