I've adjusted my rating to 5 stars because after 4 months the aggregate has settled down and compacted and is working very well. ------------- We ordered 40 tons of crushed concrete as a base material for our driveway. First, the positive: They were super easy to work with, courteous, and the pricing for the crushed concrete was transparent and fair. $12 a ton was pretty hard to pass up compared to the cost of gravel. Every single time I go here I’m disgusted. Go give another one of the companies in Lynchburg your business. Their customer service is trash. They grunt, point and shout at you. There are barely any signs or directions for where to go once you enter. There is sharp screws and metal all over the ground where you need to park to unload. I’ve been here 10+ times and it’s always the same. There are a bunch of other metal recycling companies in town so go give them your business.
