The Brazoswood Apartments in Clute,Tx. are "Extremely Roach Invested" and are " Very Miss Managed !!" The dumpsters are continuously overflowing..and the roach infestation has been an embarrassing, continuous non-stop problem for years!! The carpet and appliances have yet to be replaced since they were built in 2000 which is 10 years ago !!!!! Now lets get to the management...... It seems like this complex changes management on a yearly basis,with their newest manager being Erika Delgado... which dont get me wrong she is nic... read more
Ive lived here since 7/2010, and I love it! Management & maintenance are superb. Great place to live!

The Brazoswood Apartment Are a wonderfull place to live, Nice big roomy apartment,with a nice pool and play ground for the kids and just for the adults to hang out ,nice and calm at night great veiw from your balcony with great trees and lighting,perfect for kids to go out and play with the gates around the place.
I have been at Brazoswood Apartments for over 3 years now and I have never had a problem with management or maintenance. Erica has bent over backwards many times for me and my family when hardship came around. I am very comfortable living here, the pool is so crystal clear blue and is so inviting. Before I got my washer and dryer, I used the laundry facilty and it has always been clean and I felt safe there even late at night. They have the apartments fumigated for pests quite often and I have never had a roach problem, ever... read more
