I do not have a complaint about the staff or doctors at this facility. This is about St Luke’s. Run as fast as you can from this organization. For most of us that have to use the Cancer Center it’s a trying and hard time. Last thing we need is for a facility to care less and price gouge. If you go to this facility st Luke’s adds a facility charge onto your bill. The legislature in Texas has attempted to address these excessive charges by passing. Highly recommend the treatment center. I had to get some iron transfusions and Nurse Elisa was amazing! She is one of the kindest nurses I’ve met and was so gentle with everything. She makes you feel as comfortable as you can possibly be in a room with other people getting treated.
