Not sure why the reviews are bad, I’ve had a great experience . Dr sayers is sweet and welcoming. You can tell she actually cares and listens to how you feel.
MENDI SAUERS is very knowledgeable. She asks relevent questions and provides excellent information about older and newer medications. It is obvious that she has a keen intellectual interest and keeps up with recent reseach. The older reviews are for a different provider who no longer practices at BPC.

The receptionist is rude and arrogant. In so many words called me a liar. I called and an automated message answered which ask you to leave a message and I did. Then later due to time restraints called back and again got the automated message that gave me a number with instructions to text or call,etc. I then texted the number with a message.
