MENDI SAUERS is very knowledgeable. She asks relevent questions and provides excellent information about older and newer medications. It is obvious that she has a keen intellectual interest and keeps up with recent reseach. The older reviews are for a different provider who no longer practices at BPC.

The receptionist is rude and arrogant. In so many words called me a liar. I called and an automated message answered which ask you to leave a message and I did. Then later due to time restraints called back and again got the automated message that gave me a number with instructions to text or call,etc. I then texted the number with a message. Hands down the worst office staff I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I have been coming here for 11, almost 12, years and today they finally pushed me over the edge. I do not recommend. Multiple complaints have been made about this same secretary from other people for a long time and after all these years, still nothing has been done.
Misdiagnosed me. Every time I would go in and say I was having side effects of the medications I was on (and did not need), the dosage would be increased. It finally got to the point my hands were shaking and I could not control them. Couldn’t stand for more than a few minutes without feeling faint. She did not seem concerned that I was on medication that I did not need. The end of the straw for me was when I became highly suicidal because of the medication I was on.
