If I could put 10 stars I would! Dr. Grady and his staff took amazing care of me from my consultation for LASIK to the care after my surgery. If you are considering LASIK eye surgery I can assure you that you will be in good hands with Dr. Grady. I was so nervous before the procedure but Dr. Grady was so helpful before, during, and after the surgery as he talked me through the entire procedure. Absolutely love Dr. Jonathan Grady and his staff is amazing! You know you’re in great hands with a doctor who is determined and is very helpful I’m so thankful he took really good care of my daughter to finally have relief. Doctor Grady is awesome I had cataracts in both eyes and went from not being able o see a 3 inch E to 20/25 vision. The colors are so vibrant and everything is so crisp and beautiful Thank you Dr Grady and the staff are great and friendly.
I would like a refund of the 2 symphony lenses that I was sold for $1500 each out of my pocket, it has been a year and vision is worse than it ever was. It cannot be corrected with glasses, I spent that money out of my own pocket at Dr. Grady's recommendation. Had to retire because I cannot pass the D.O.T. eye exam. I deserve to be refunded in full.
