Please get ya'lls crap together this is ridiculous I've never had so many issues with a bank the way we do with Brazos!! From putting a hold on our debit card, to not notifying us the proper way to say this happened to our account!!! Seriously it's always something oh and ya'lls "new" ATM machines suck how are they new and improved if when I insert my working card it tells me to reinsert 🤨😡 it several times really???!!! I could go on and on but I doubt this review will be of any use to ya'll it will just be overlooked like... read more

Horrible service, and constant bad experiences! I’ve had to file fraud 4 times in 2 years. They randomly shut off my card because they needed some information, instead of calling me and getting the info they needed they figured once I realized my card wasn’t working I would go in... super professional
RecommendedOnly institution I've ever used. No issues. Will continue to recommend to friends and family.

Just watched the news this company refused to take payments from an elderly couple then they tow the car without any notice or anything and fail to explain why. Would not use this company and you should not either
Make sure the ATM is working before trying to processing transactions. The ATM on 1st Street, Rosenberg was not flagged out of order. It processed my transaction but did not give me my money. I was told by drive through person that they were having trouble that morning but had not put a sign on the machine. Then was told that in order to get my money, I had to call 800 number who was in charge of the ATM....REALLY!!! I called and was told they would not see the transaction for 24-48 hours and they would email me a dispute fo... read more
