They hardly ever answer the phone and they have no one there that set up online pay or paperless billing. They have been trying for a year now and still they cannot complete the task.

I have been with them for years. Great service.
Last Saturday night, I went to the branch 19626 Samus RD to the ATM to withdraw $500, and the ATM did not give me my money but it did register the transaction. I called immediatly to customer service to report what had just happened and dispute the transaction, they told me they couldn't do anything and to call until Tuesday. I went Monday to the bank and they told me they could not do anything because it was in pending until today Wednesday I called and I have to wait until the claim is processed. The Katy location is VERY inefficient. If you are planning a withdrawal over $100 be prepared to wait a very long time. There is only ONE person that can approve larger withdrawals and good luck if she is on break or at lunch! Some employees don't even know which key fits which door. Poor management, long lines, inexperienced clerks, poorly trained employees.

I love Brazos valley schools credit union the First street branch in Rosenberg is the best !! Tamara & Pam & Deanna or so friendly and nice they always take good care of me!! Y’all help build my credit and gave me a credit card & signature loan! And Auto loan and also have the holiday express loan That I can always count on!! 💜💜 I’m so glad I became a member !! Also my baby coco loves y’all too 🐶🐾
