Absolutely love these people! Great when it comes to maintenance and very nice. The maintenance man is very nice also.
If you are black or Hispanic please be careful I’ve tried to rent it and they basically just took my application fee I’ve never been turned down only by them and my ex tried and they denied her to and she has a clean background no eviction and I have no eviction and make 3 times the rent. I pay 1500 a month right now so again if you are of color don’t waste your money look how long it’s been on the market.
I have to say, Kenneth is the most caring and attentive landlords I've ever had. He is firm, but fair.
