If you are black or Hispanic please be careful I’ve tried to rent it and they basically just took my application fee I’ve never been turned down only by them and my ex tried and they denied her to and she has a clean background no eviction and I have no eviction and make 3 times the rent. I pay 1500 a month right now so again if you are of color don’t waste your money look how long it’s been on the market.
I have to say, Kenneth is the most caring and attentive landlords I've ever had. He is firm, but fair.
Do not rent from these people. They do not want to fix anything. The landlord Kenneth cash is a slum lord. His matinence trae and pat Johnson are the worst matinence men I have ever seen. We done called the office several times and told them the problems we were having and they did nothing about it. Pat just walks in your house without permission so does trae. This place does not even deserve 1 star the only reason why I gave them 1 star is because I have no choice. yea, you spent $6000 to replace the a/c because that's what you're supposed to do. you should've fixed the plumbing to the apartment. Sir, you can't evict anyone who moves. We moved because of your poor service. Please stop lying to the public acting like you are a good businessman when you are far from it.
