There are residents in the neighborhood including myself that have been here for a month to 6 months without a sidewalk that leads onto our porch into our homes. As you can imagine with the rain MUD is a problem. I haven't been updated as to when the cement will be poured all the other residents I have talked to have said that they are also getting the runaround. If you want to have to clean up MYD from inside your DOORWAY and your PORCH and your CAR for MONTHS on in, go ahead join us.
As a resident here I feel the lot rent is super high for the area. This was just taken over by a prior company when I moved in the lot rent was affordable. Now this company took over and raised the lot rent for new people $250. When our lease are up we also are getting raised up. To pay 850$ for lot rent in this location is crazy. When we moved here we was also told there would be a walking area in the back and that still hasn’t happen. If I can leave a zeroi would. Just so you know you are living in a Hoa (but they don’t tell you) before you move here. You have to ask to do things with your OWN home and we wanted a water softener and was told we are not able to do so bc it’s on the outside the home . I am so disappointed. Never would have moved here if I knew of all the stipulations not only that the lot rent is High and they have no pool, a play ground that had no swings, and so small etc. You cant have a fence if you want one, the people that mow their g... read more

If I can leave a zero, I would they charge you every month for a shed that they do not deliver to your property until forever but yet they still charge your account for it. Have lived here two weeks been trying to get a hold of management and have sent three separate emails no response . Still have not received my trashcan and we are having to go and find places to take our trash to also, they are supposed to be building you a walkway and no one has even to build my walkway or anything like that.
