CAUTION: New update: no street parking so if you have friends over to visit for a few hours that isn’t allowed here if they park in front your home they will tow. You have to park a block away or at the front entrance. If your kids receive therapy in the therapist comes to visit your kids and they are parked in the street. They will get towed as well. There are residents in the neighborhood including myself that have been here for a month to 6 months without a sidewalk that leads onto our porch into our homes. As you can imagine with the rain MUD is a problem. I haven't been updated as to when the cement will be poured all the other residents I have talked to have said that they are also getting the runaround. CAUTION: As a resident here I feel the lot rent is super high for the area. This was just taken over by a prior company when I moved in the lot rent was affordable. Now this company took over and raised the lot rent for new people $250. When our lease are up we also are getting raised up. To pay 850$ for lot rent in this location is crazy. There is nothing to do for kids here but stand outside and look around or be inside and play on the phone. Anything you do it will be messaged to you about not doing.. I have been living at Brazos Point for over a year now. When I first moved in, the park was owned by a different company, and since the new company took over, things have gone downhill fast. It feels like all they care about is collecting the high lot rent every month, but they do not care about the tenants or maintaining the property. I have a shed that was clearly not built properly, and every time it rains, water gets inside and destroys my belongings. I have had to throw away so many personal items because of this issue.... read more
