I’ve lived here for two years, from 2022 to 2024, and I can confidently say that the positive reviews truly reflect the quality of this complex. I only wish I could take it with me when I left College Station! The staff is exceptionally friendly, especially Staci, who was always responsive and incredibly helpful from day one to the very last.
I lived here for 2 years, from June 2022- July 2024. I CANNOT recommend this place enough! The units are a bit small, but it was exactly what I needed while I was living alone/eventually with my Fiancee. Brazos Point is more than meets the eye - it is an older apartment complex, but the front office staff and maintenance staff were INCREDIBLE! We just moved in. So far, very happy with the unit as they fully renovated it. Staff also very professional, especially Staci was very supportive and accommodating who made our last minute move in seamless. We also had maintainance request and Staci addresses it immediately. Very thankful
I have zero complaints!
