Management is friendly, professional, and easy to reach. They're accommodating to those with pets, and as for the apartment itself, it's hard to find fault with anything here. Maintenance is quick to respond whenever needed and, at least for my unit, I haven't seen a single roach since I moved in.
Let me start off by saying i searched the entireeee internet to try to find a place without pests, bugs, ac issues, water issues, or shady landlords. I’m TERRIFIED of all types of bugs lol so that was my main concern when helping my boyfriend find a place. This is truly one of the best apartment complexes in college station! I've lived there since August 2020 ,the maintenance sucks,I couldn't even get them to fix the water leak in the shower or the flapper of the toilet,I would turn it in to the management and they couldn't tell the maintenance, the management could not leave there office and check to see if anything was wrong with the complex , electric boxes hanging off the walls and the bat problem they have near building 3,it started out with 1 or 2 but right when my lease was up at night you are ducking cuz there's up to 20 flying around an... read more
I’ve been here for almost four years. Since the new management company took over recently, we’ve been having a lot of problems with maintenance. It’s now been more than a week to fix an AC issue, whereas under the previous management, it would have taken just a day or two. I wish they had never changed. Update: I was not informed that the A/C unit required a full replacement until I saw the management’s response here.
