I've lived there since August 2020 ,the maintenance sucks,I couldn't even get them to fix the water leak in the shower or the flapper of the toilet,I would turn it in to the management and they couldn't tell the maintenance, the management could not leave there office and check to see if anything was wrong with the complex , electric boxes hanging off the walls and the bat problem they have near building 3,it started out with 1 or 2 but right when my lease was up at night you are ducking cuz there's up to 20 flying around an... read more

I’ve been here for almost four years. Since the new management company took over recently, we’ve been having a lot of problems with maintenance. It’s now been more than a week to fix an AC issue, whereas under the previous management, it would have taken just a day or two. I wish they had never changed. Update: I was not informed that the A/C unit required a full replacement until I saw the management’s response here.
