Lady in the office couldn't even help me pay my rent online. Completely clueless! She basically said it wasn't her problem. You have to figure everything out for yourself here. I just moved in and I've already been treated like dirt. Plus the late fees are ridiculous. If you don't pay your rent within the first couple of days they bang on your door and come into your home. WTF!
RecommendedYou won’t find a better deal, This is a prime location in Waco right on the river, it’s a beautiful peaceful community with new exterior siding fresh paint and renovated units!!!
