After the freeze, I had a back flow preventer failure. Mark with Brazos came prepared, anticipating a full valve replacement. After diagnosing the problem, he realized the plastic bell internals just needed to be replaced. This could have been a repair that was 3 times the cost I paid. I appreciate Mark’s honesty and integrity. I will recommend him to anyone who needs an honest plumber. I am now a Brazos Plumbing customer for life!

Mark Severdra and his dad Tibu have been our plumbers for many, many years. Brazos Plumbing have done all sorts of plumbing repairs and installations over the years. They are excellent at what they do. They are dependable, reliable and professional in all their work. These folks are the best plumbers in the Kingwood area. Excellent experience from start to finish. We had a plumbing issue late at night and reached out hoping to get help as soon as possible. We highly recommend Brazos Home Services. Mark (the plumber) was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He knew what was causing sink drain clogging, unstopped it, and told me how to minimize the risk of it happening again. Mark also explained what caused the clog, why, and how he fixed it. He also cleaned up the work area. Brazos was able to make a same day appointment, and Mark arrived when they said he would. We will definitely use and recommend them.
