After the freeze, I had a back flow preventer failure. Mark with Brazos came prepared, anticipating a full valve replacement. After diagnosing the problem, he realized the plastic bell internals just needed to be replaced. This could have been a repair that was 3 times the cost I paid. I appreciate Mark’s honesty and integrity. I will recommend him to anyone who needs an honest plumber. I am now a Brazos Plumbing customer for life!
The new hot water heater they installed is working great. They showed up on time and were professional in all the work they did for us. Working with Brazos Home services was a great experience - a breath of fresh air! We would highly recommend them.
My experience with Brazos Home Services was outstanding and seem less . The entire process from scheduling an estimate, scheduling the water heater installation and billing was great. I dealt mainly with Mark throughout the process. Mark explained the entire process on the water heater to be selected to fit my need. He did not try to sell me more than I needed for my situation. Brazos Home Services provide fantastic service. We had a new toilet installed and the other 2 reinstalled (one had a tendency to wobble). They were quicker and more affordable than I expected and very friendly throughout the entire process. I really appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and incredible customer service. Highly recommended and I won't hesitate to call them the next time I need something.
I first want to say that I am a DIYer and do most of my own work around the house, but I know my limitations. I have used Brazos Home Services for quite a few years now for multiple issues and have never been disappointed in their services.
