Worst experience ever! The staff is rude and mad because it's a million degrees in there. I kind of feel bad for them; idk how they work in such treacherous conditions. Very unorganized, they for sure need signs in there. Seems like you are walking into the 1850s.
Went there this morning no less than 8 people standing around bsing not interested in helping customers 10 minutes later another customer told them I needed help , someone needs to open up another fastener business
They advertise 24 hour service. I showed up at lunch 12-1 they are closed. I even told the sales associate I would be there at lunch. He didn’t say a thing. Only time last time…..
Employees have no interest helping (customers) they dont know. I went there and waited 15 minutes, so the 4 people ahead of me finished. I sat on the stool at the counter. There was 3 people working the counter. They saw me waiting and annoyed me. They gathered up on the end of the isle looking at their phones. I got up and left. I will not return or do any business with this business. Total waste of time...
In the plant or at the house these guys and gals don't disappoint!
