The service was excellent! I did not get the lady's name that attended me, but she was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Brazos Fasteners all for your fastener needs!

Worst experience ever! The staff is rude and mad because it's a million degrees in there. I kind of feel bad for them; idk how they work in such treacherous conditions. Very unorganized, they for sure need signs in there. Seems like you are walking into the 1850s.
Went there this morning no less than 8 people standing around bsing not interested in helping customers 10 minutes later another customer told them I needed help , someone needs to open up another fastener business
They advertise 24 hour service. I showed up at lunch 12-1 they are closed. I even told the sales associate I would be there at lunch. He didn’t say a thing. Only time last time…..
