Would not recommend ANYONE using this facility. The owner knowingly puts on faulty equipment and when trying to fix the equipment dents the vehicle. Then when it’s brought to their attention and given SIX TIMES to make it right the owner claims it’s my mother in law’s fault even though he admits to it being faulty when put on. Takes no ownership for the poor craftsmanship they produce
Got a 3" lift kit installed, the spring coils had a bow in them. I took it back and their response was "that's just how they are" took it elsewhere and they are doing everything to help me find a solution. Fender well protective cover was also installed improperly causing it to rub against my tire.. I recommend somewhere else. They just don't seem to care or have pride in their work.

Ordered some Addictive Desert Design bumpers and Rigid color changing lights for my Raptor as well as the Amp Research Vision Steps and some rock lights. And last minute I added on a dash cam. The truck turns heads everywhere we go and I get asked about the aftermarket additions regularly. Charlie kept in communication with me and made some excellent recommendations to help me decide. Over priced..do your research I was getting quoted 600.00 for a tow hitch ..when U-haul installed it with the wiring ready out the door half of the price .. Disappointed
