Rosa the front desk agent if you could even call her that has no professionalism. I’m not sure how she was able to secure a job sitting on the front end. I came in to get shots for my nephew to start school, we were not told over the phone we would have to bring in printed copies of shot records. We were told to bring them in. I had them in my phone and they could easily be transferred to their email or printed here but they refuse to do so. What they do is make you go to Office Depot get copies and bring them back. I had a great experience at the Brazoria County Health Department for my vaccination. The staff was super nice and attentive, and the practitioner who gave me the vaccine was very professional. Scheduling the appointment over the phone was easy, and the entire process took just a few minutes. Everything was quick, efficient, and well-organized

I had a pleasant experience with Ms. Molly & Ms. Barbara. I needed few vaccinations for my university and they were able to help me with that.
