The number given regarding vaccination does not work. Both the guy working the Covid registration desk and the girl working behind the glass were extremely rude and unprofessional. If they would actually answer the phone I wouldn’t have had to come in person to get my questions answered. If you’re going to have a number to call on your website and posted at your location then ANSWER THE PHONE.

I had both of my Moderna COVID vaccines at the Alvin location. I cannot stress enough how efficient this experience has been. Everyone was kind, friendly and professional and the whole operation ran like clockwork. I would give 10 stars if I could.
