I had a beautiful dance class with Mariana today. It helped me reconnect with myself, release what I no longer needed to carry, and feel more present in my body. Mariana creates such a safe, warm, and uplifting space. I left feeling lighter, freer, and deeply grateful. Highly recommend.
Brazily is a great place to move and unwind. Mariana is a wonderful instructor! I especially like how she changes dance speed from song to song, allowing even slower dancers to keep up. Thank you for the classes you run!
