Karol is awesome! Super sweet, patient, and does a great job! Wax was quick and easy!
My wife had been going here for years and all of a sudden she has an incredibly bad experience. Not only did the person who did her wax job rip her skin but when we called after she had come home crying to express our frustration they immediately questioned my wife and her experience. Furthermore, they refused to give a refund because it’s in their contract. All good never going back.
