I visited this location some times and always great until today, I’m not picky at all and most of the time I bring positivity and good vibes but my today’s appointment was such a bad experience with this girl with attitude from the beginning when I complained about the wax been to hot she didn’t care and it was a very painful for me. I hope she’s not treating all customers that way. Btw I left tip.. but I won’t return to this location ;(
Love this place! They are always on time, super clean, and so friendly. Erica is amazing—great technique, precise and quick. If you're nervous about waxing, this is definitely the place to try it.
They got me in quickly and Erica was a star! She made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and as if I could talk to her about anything. It was also one of the most painless waxings I've ever had! 10 out of 10 recommend!
Erica and Iva are literally the best! 5 stars across the board!
