A bit frustrating. I’m a full time working mother and simply wanted to receive service. I’ve been a customer with Brazilian Wax by Andreia since 2014. I started with Vanessa (she’s a twin) as my technician well into 2017/2018 and when she left to work for the airlines sweet Kayla serviced my needs for years and immediately after that this very nice young lady by the name of Jasmine would provide my service all of which were at the Sugarloaf Pkwy location..
