I’ve been searching for a place to get my eyebrows and upper lip done since moving to ATL and I definitely hit platinum! The specialist was professional and listened to my request., The receptionist was polite and engaging. The atmosphere was pleasant with nice music and very clean. This is my new stop and I’ll be back in May! Thank you ladies!

Dhy was HORRIBLE! The wax was WAAAYYYYY TOO HOT! She explained it was because I was the first wax of the day... no ma'am that's not how temperature is regulated. She was rough and uncaring, there was ZERO clean up to ensure all the hair was removed. She took 2 calls from her manager DURUNG my appointment and bragged about also training someone while doing other duties. She shouldn't be training anyone as she needs retraining.
