My Wife was having her wax done here for over a year. The last time she went she had an absolutely horrible experience with one of the Tech's. The Tech was non apologetic and somewhat cruel. Nevertheless, she forfeited approximately $100 worth of gift card / voucher left, because she no longer felt comfortable visiting the establishment.
