The people are really nice as far as customer service but i want to add that they don't really accommodate or seem to know much knowledge regarding waxing men's eyebrows and the proper after after care of a eye brow wax. I usually go to the McDonough location. However, my wax girl was out so I went to the Conyers location to see Kiara after reading all of her great reviews! If I could give Kiara a 100 stars I would. If I wasn't such a loyal person I would definitely switch over to Kiara! With that being said Kiara will be my backup for SURE!

8.11.2025 - I had a great experience from the moment that I walked in. I was greeted right away and I only had to wait about 3 minutes (I did not have an appointment). I came in for my underarms Brazilian and lower legs. My esthetician Devionne (please forgive me if I spelled her name incorrectly) did a great job. Each time she applied the wax, she would ask if it was too hot or not and she was quick.
