Do not go to- awful customer service and very rude. I was 6 mins late for my appt due to traffic on Woodruff road and they said the cut off is five minutes and would not see me over one minute. Will never go to ever.

I am usually a Sweet Samba customer but I went Waxing by Andreia because it was closer to my apartment and it was cheaper. BIG MISTAKE!!! The people are very nice and friendly - but they don't know what they're doing. I've been getting waxed for 3 years and I've never had in grown hairs. After going to Waxing by Andreia - I have over 20!!! The woman who waxed me did not pull in the direction the hair grows, hence the ingrown hairs and repeatedly waxed one area 4 or 5 times, pulling off skin! This is the best wax in town! There are locations all over but I frequent the Buckhead location. The service is top notch, the studio is clean, and you can be in and out of there quick (call ahead or walk-ins welcome). Wax by Andreia aestheticians are super friendly and experienced; you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. I have never had a bad experience and the price point is exactly what I am willing to pay for the services they provide.

I am absolutely shocked and surprised at the bad attitude and lack of professionalism of the management staff at the Woodruff store location. If you have a situation where you are burned from a waxing and they offer to have the next one done for free, be very careful because most likely they will not honor their offer. Their logic is you only get one free waxing; however, the first free waxing is given by some apartment complexes for being a new tenant as well as a new Ultraskin customer. I came here for my first-ever wax a few years ago and have never left, even though I no longer work nearby. Had my first professional wax done here yesterday. I had tried at home waxing kits before. they were excrutiating and took forever. so needless to say, I was terrified to go. This place was awful. they had a lady that was doing my wax name marlie, she always used gloves and the procedure was painless. this last time I went and she was no longer working there and I had to go to another woman and OMG. I was bleeding in different areas of my private parts. it was so painful and now I have at least 15-20 in grown hairs which I never had before. I have been waxing for almost 10 years, and I have never had such a great technique and quality waxing like I got at Brazilian Wax by Andreia. I am a doctor and I am always watching out for cleanliness and sanitation. This place was very modern and spotless, the environment is warm and relaxing.
