Unprofessional
Today 4/4/25 Friday was my Worst customer service! I literally drove 1 hr 20 mins for a visit. My appointment was set at 6:30. Unfortunately an accident prevented me for getting there on time. I got out my car at 6:37. When I walked in the establishment she stated they give a 10 min grace period. While she was looking up my account she stated it "s 6:40 now. That was my first time at this spa and it will not be my last. Jasmine is awesome, and she takes her time and is very gentle when waxing ur lady area.
Always a great experience. The ladies are very professional and the facilities are always clean. I saw Jaylyn today and she did an amazing job and was super personable. Jasmine is also a great choice as an esthetician as well and does great work too. I definitely recommend this place for your waxing needs.
