Not friendly & useless. Not surprised at the lack of customers overall.
I’ve been coming here since July and have had an amazing experience. Zoya is very accommodating and knows what she’s doing. Painless, clean and sanitary experience. I’ve never gotten a brazillian wax prior to coming here but my experience here is perfect- i come every 3 weeks. Very knowledgable and accomadating with pricing and scheduling.

Booked the Brazilian and eyebrows wax and was amazed how that lady is SO professional . Service was AMAZING, that lady communicated everything she was doing and how it’ll look after . My skin is thin and very sensitive , she noticed it right away and took care of me very carefully. Cannot wait to visit her in a month. Also is highly recommended place especially during the COVID , all looks very clean !
