Awkward and traumatic experience. This is my first time getting waxed and I was excited to book with Andrea after seeing all the lovely reviews. Upon arrival I was met with an unfamiliar lady that did not introduce herself at all, and said nothing the whole appointment besides “take off your clothes”.
