Maybe you did not fully understand the implications of honoring such a homophobic, racist, intolerant misogynist as your Person of the Year. He is cutting science budget, has no respect for human rights, and is working to open the Amazon for exploration, among other disgraceful choices. We are a beautiful nation full of hard working, honest, intelligent and caring people. You can still reconsider your choice and honor someone that deserves it.
