I was surprised to see how highly rated this shop is, as my experience was very different. I brought in my mid-2000s Toyota 4Runner with a known alternator issue. I explained that the alternator was failing and asked for a repair quote. The staff was polite, and they did provide an Uber to get me to work, which I appreciated. The following Monday, I was quoted approximately $1,200 for parts and labor to replace the alternator. The Brazelton service department has taken very good care of all our automotive needs. I appreciate that they walk through all recommended repairs in depth and explain what things can wait and what things need immediate attention. The knowledge and honesty is invaluable. Recently, I needed my vehicle checked before a long road trip, and I waited until the last minute (my mistake).
