It is unfortunate we are having to leave a negative review, but it seems some of the more recent hires seem to not care about honest customer service nor earning repeat business. Our most recent experience left a lot to be desired and its a shame we could not come to an agreement to purchase a $50k+ vehicle over $1k difference. Reached out a few weeks ago inquiring about a used Ford Lightning and spoke with Jake. After a few weeks went by and they never sent me anything I told them to just switch to a regular F-150 platinum with the hybrid engine. It seems there are thousands of F150’s in the market to choose from but they could not offer a single one. I just recieved an email this morning telling me I should just buy a new car.
