Great Builder! Many would say he is the best in the Corsicana area. His number one best quality would be his actual quality of work. No cutting corners with Monty. If he builds your home he is going to do it right. He can easily be categorized as a perfectionist. His attention to detail is unrivaled in my opinion. Overall, I would give him 4 stars really because he is a little pricy but that's the price you have to pay to get super high quality precision and such attention to detail.
