We’ve being seeing Dr. Brazeal for about 9 years. Himself and his staff has always been excellent at taking care of us and we aren’t the easiest patients. I believe he’s saved our lives and our marriage.
His staff is hard to deal with. When you call it take two and three days to call back and I have to call them in order to get the response. Then they act put out that I am bothering them. I am having problems with my medication and his staff basically called me a lier. They are more worried about the count on the old medication instead of trying to find me one that works. When you call you don't know who you are talking to because they don't identify themselves unless you ask them.
