Tried since May to get a walkin refrigerator and freezer taken down finally end of September we're able to get them to help. John said to tell receptionist as soon as we were have everything hooked back up and he would get over and get it charged. On 9-26 I made the call and today a follow up call as well as yesterday they can NOT give me a day or time to hook them up today is 10-13 to busy with "paying customers" meaning they sold furnaces and have to get them installed so from one business to another if your not residentia... read more
Called because boiler wouldn’t stay running, tech came out spent 3 hours and 600.00 later the issue was still the same. Called them back and was told that everything that could be done was done and that we needed a new boiler. Called another local company and they fixed the problem within two hours of tech time. I think we are due a refund. Don’t you?
Needed a new furnace due to my 32 year old one being on its last leg. They fit me in immediately for a replacement and provided a very professional installation. Other places, you’re lucky if anyone will return your call. Brazda’s will be my go to in the future. I appreciate your team’s help!
We had Brazda’s reinstall our furnace (incorrectly installed by another contractor), add central AC and an air exchange system in our crawl space. Our experience was exceptional from the first phone call to the office right through the service and installation process. The office staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Service crew was professional, efficient and performed quality work. We highly recommend Brazda’s. We will continue to use Brazda’s for our HVAC needs.
