Hired them to install a shower, the first time they installed a shower 12inches smaller than the one I purchased and it leaked! The VP tried to convince me it would feel bigger than it actually was, no offer of refund! The company finally agreed to replace with correct size, took additional 10 weeks, told me to put a towel in the shower if I was worried about the water damage from the leak.
